Cancellation and Refund Policy
How to cancel
Sign in, open Settings, and press Cancel plan. It takes one click to confirm. You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel for you.
When your plan ends
| If you cancel | Your plan |
|---|---|
| During the first 3 months | Stays on until month 3 ends, then stops. The remaining months of the minimum are still billed. |
| After the first 3 months | Stays on until the end of the month you've paid for, then stops. No further charges. |
| Studio plan | The same timing applies, and it ends for every app it covers. |
| AI Search add-on | Turning it off stops it right away and credits the unused part to your next invoice. |
| Delete your account | Everything stops immediately and no further charges are made. |
Changed your mind before it ends? Press Keep my plan in Settings.
Refunds
Because work starts as soon as you pay, charges are not refunded, except:
- if we charged you by mistake, we refund it in full;
- if we end the Service without cause, we refund the unused time;
- where the law where you live requires a refund.
